We at The Ranch would like to be a part in making your wedding day run smoothly and truly be a day of celebration.
WEDDING VENUE
Nestled up against the foothills of the Oregon Cascades and overlooking the heart of the Willamette Valley, The Ranch on Beaver Creek invites you and your guests to a rustic ranch type setting in which to gather for an all-day outdoor wedding and/or special celebration. Our close proximity here in Lebanon, put's us right between Eugene and Salem, making us the perfect choice for your wedding venue or special get-away.
The Ranch on Beaver Creek is an ideal outdoor wedding venue for your wedding day.
GROUNDS AND FACILITIES
The Ranch On Beaver Creek sits at the base of the Oregon Cascade mountains with views of majestic sunsets over the Willamette Valley. The Ranch consists of 25 acres with Beaver Creek running through the property and along side our beautiful log home and gazebo.
You will find yourself surrounded by American Elm, Cottonwood, Pine and Birch trees with ever-changing colors and beauty which provide an exceptional setting for your photographer.
The Ranch is a great location if you desire a change from the traditional wedding venues. Relax in the natural backdrop of our rustic log home, gazebo, and creek running just a few feet away. Old growth trees tower over the spacious manicured landscaping offering cool shade for you and your guests.
As the sun sets and the romance continues, our gazebo, the trees, dance floor and stage area all light up with thousands of twinkling lights. This offers a romantic ambiance as your event continues into the evening.
The Ranch On Beaver Creek will accommodate up to 350 Guests.
We offer the following:
- The Bridal suite is a fully furnished apartment with a Master bedroom, private bathroom, makeup counter, full length mirrors measuring 9' by 24', and a kitchen.
- The Groom's suite is attached to the apartment, but with a private changing area that is set up in a rustic barn decor.
- Set-up and take-down of tables and chairs for 200 people.
- 4, 30”x72” banquet tables.
- 25, 60” round tables.
- An outdoor dance floor in and around the gazebo.
- Over 27,000 twinkle lights in trees and along creek.
- Clean, portable toilets for guests use.
- Magnificent photo opportunities.
- Recreation areas for basketball, lawn games and nature walks.
- Unlimited parking
- Linens and prop rentals available for additional fees
PACKAGES
JULY THROUGH SEPTEMBER
$4,500
The package includes chairs and tables for 200 people with set-up and tear- down before and after the wedding/event. Package includes the use of separate bride and groom dressing areas, as well as the Ranch's 25 acres from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., (exception is the log home, guest house and shop). You will have the option of selecting any number of locations for your wedding ceremony/reception.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We are an outdoor wedding/event venue. If rain is in the forecast it is your responsibility to provide a tent or canopy.
We work closely with All Star Tent Rental. They specialize in outdoor canopies, tents, tables, chairs and linens for any needs beyond what we have to provide.
VISITS PRIOR TO EVENT
We encourage you to come and visit The Ranch on Beaver Creek. Please feel free to call, text or e-mail to arrange a personal tour of the facility (by appointment only). The best times to visit would be between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (10-4pm in the winter months), exceptions apply.
